Aureon Wellness Co is owned and operated by Aureon Wellness LLC. This policy explains when and how returns and refunds are accepted for purchases made through aureonwellnessco.com.

  • Return window: 30 days from delivery date
  • Damage reporting window: 48 hours from delivery
  • Restocking fee: 25% of the product price for approved non-defective returns
  • Return shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs on non-defective items. We provide a prepaid return label only for items that arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

3. Return eligibility

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging with all accessories included
  • The return is initiated within 30 days of the delivery date
  • Damaged or defective items are reported within 48 hours of delivery

Used or installed products cannot be returned unless they are defective upon arrival and reported within the 48-hour window.

4. Damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, clear photos of the damage or issue, and a brief description. If approved, we will provide a prepaid return label and arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

5. Non-defective returns

If you wish to return an item that arrived as described and in working condition, the following applies:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs
  • A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund
  • The item must be returned within 7 days of return approval using a trackable shipping method
  • Exchanges for the same item are not subject to a restocking fee

6. Refund processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval or denial. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of approval. We do not issue refunds to a different payment method than the one used at checkout.

7. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before the item has shipped. Once an order has shipped, cancellation is not possible and you must follow the return process outlined above. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at support@aureonwellnessco.com or 561-759-7799.

8. Non-returnable items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items reported as damaged after the 48-hour delivery window
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or neglect
  • Gift cards and digital items
  • Personalized or custom-made products
