• Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship

• Electrical components (control panel, wiring)
• Factory-installed hardware and internal components
• Structural integrity of shell and frame
• 90-day coverage on repaired or replaced parts

What's NOT Covered

• Cosmetic wear and minor size/finish variations
• Consumable parts (filters, cleaning supplies)
• Damage from accident, misuse, abuse, or neglect
• External causes or improper maintenance
• Improper installation or site preparation
• Operation outside documented parameters
• Non-Plunge Zero parts or supplies
• Unauthorized modifications or service
• Transit damage not reported within 24 hours (must also be noted on the driver's delivery paperwork before signing)
